Online application. Phone interview then set up in store interview with hr . About 1.5 weeks later got a call back for a second interview which was just signing paper and consent for drug test and background check. Took those results w where in within a week then was called to start training.

I am just starting the process of applying today. I received an email immediately after doing the online application confirming they'd received my application. I was surprised at the 79 multiple choice question Sales Associate assessment. It took me about 15 minutes to complete that.
I got my first phone interview 5 hours after I applied. It lasted 13 minutes and was based on my resume as well as a few other questions about my experience.

• Asked what wages I’d like and I said $18/hr. She said that’s typical starting wage of a supervisor. A sales associate makes $12-13. She asked if I would be OK negotiating for this kind of wage? I said I was willing.

I got a call a couple hours later asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was one on one and the interview was really easy.
