Interview was simple involved a few customer service questions and was told the position I applied for was basically to fill any department so they gave me the run down that lumber was understaffed and hired on the spot

Just asked for your availability. You had to work a minimum of one weekend day with any weekly schedule. There were no questions regarding experience or why you wanted to work there.
Went in for an “interview” and I got asked about basic details and got told they’d do a background check, if it’s clean they’d hire me. They didn’t even ask about resume or experience lol, 1 week later hired and started 2 weeks after the “interview”.
