The interview process was easy/normal. Worked with a recruiter mainly and HR after the offer. Phone interview. In person interview. Offer. One group training day. Worked in the store the next day. At desk day 3 diving in head first.

First of all, I had a fantastic interview experience as a whole. I was referred by a current employee and received an email within 2 days. I immediately scheduled my phone interview, and had a great experience with the staffing coordinator. I then received another phone call a day later saying that I should come in for a panel interview. Things were going smooth! Too smooth... So, a day before the panel interview they had to reschedule because of a staffing issue. I had to wait a month, which was actually a blessing because I was able to prepare more. The panel interview was very difficult. 2 one hour interviews with 4 managers total. The interviewers asked me to highlight my resume for them, and then they dove right to my weaknesses. They used behavioral based questions to facilitate most of the interview. So, as everyone else says, use the STAR method. Be prepared for off the wall questions... You will not be prepared for this interview. I read and read every possible question I thought they could ask, and I don't think I was asked a single one of those. Haha So, key take away here. Be yourself. Be calm. Be personable. And, have fun. They are trying to dig and pry and drill into your comfort zone, so just role with it.
