Interview simply asked about my previous customer service experience, and I was asked what I ate for breakfast. I was asked to dress formally and I brought my resume. I really can say that this is a great company.

I always have trouble with the question, "when did you not give excellent customer service.'
In person, very friendly. Enjoyed the. Experience. Showed me around and were very nice. Made me feel very comfortable. The manager interviewed me himself. Made me feel like part of the team before I even started.
It was very quickly and easy. The managers were very nice and understanding when told about a need for flexibility in the schedule, the questions weren’t too bad either. This was before covid so I had to go in in person and was asked a bunch of scenario questions.
Received a call that went into the job and the next steps that are involved with getting hired such as, when to expect to hear from the hiring manager. Pretty easy
