I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Elmont, NY) in Dec 2014
Interview
First interview was with 2 district managers and me. The one manager read from a script, a book of interview questions written by the Home Depot. The second manager stared at me and took notes on my responses. It was very uncomfortable, very tense and extremely awkward. I have never experienced an interview like this before, in 25 years.
