Applying online and then received a call it was a phone interview and I guess I qualified for the next process I set a in person interview at the location they were actually looking to hire (not the store I wanted) so I believe I had my interview on a Tuesday. The actual position they offered was for Lot Associate but the HR of the store changed it to cashier so basically she asked a couple questions like information about you if where going to school, and basic things. Got the offer right on spot told me the pay rate gave me a paper to go do the drug test a week later called me to go to orientation did probably like 4-5 days on the computer doing training then you get to do whats call shadowing which you get paired up with a cashier and helps you understand and walks you through how you should operate the register and how to treat the customers. After 3 days I was able to be on my own on the register and I kept asking questions no matter what until I got the hang of it.
