Interview
The interview was conducted by the Assistant Store Manager in a small cluttered office. The interviewer was very pleasant and straightforward in his approach. He had a copy of my online application and a copy of my current resume. He noted that Home Depot was ONLY hiring part-time employees. In fact he stated that all new hires were part-time and must be available to work all shifts and weekends. Questions asked of me were very few.

Great process very thorough on the expectations and simple customer service based questions. Hired on the spot. Great training and thorough communication with fellow associates and supervisors. Good benefits for part time and full time associates.

20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
