I was recruited by HR through my school and was asked to come in for an interview at the Store Support Center. The interview consisted of two one hour interviews. The first was a one-on-one interview with a manager in IPR. The interview covered the basics of "tell me about your resume" and other behavioral based interview questions. The second interview was with two managers also working in IPR. This interview was a more analytical focused and contained more situational based questions. With in a few days I was asked to return for a second interview session with a third manager to discuss the position and more of the responsibilities surrounding the job.
