I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Coquitlam, BC)
Interview
Very easy - basically questions are mostly on availability. They want to have enough people, especially on weekends. Important to show experience in customer service. Also cashier experience is a plus.
They call you and do a phone interview and then they get in the interview and ask you basic question about the position at hand. Like able to lift, read, explain, solve their issue on any DIY projects they're doing
Interview process was okay. From the beginning I was made feel comfortable and felt respected throughout the entire process from the beginning to the end. Got a good idea of what it would be like to work here
