The interview process was fairly long, but as is the case for most companies these days. MY first interview was a phone screen with the recruiter; she explained the process and I knew what I was in for so it wasn't a negative experience. After speaking with the recruiter, I had an interview with the hiring manager and then an excel test and case study. The excel test was pretty easy if you know your basic excel functions, think VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF and SUMIFS. The case study was also pretty straightforward, again nothing too hard if you understand basic retail concepts. From there, there was one more panel interview where I spoke with the hiring manager again and an online merchant. All interview questions were expected to be answered using the STAR method. Just make sure you are able to articulate your thought process and motivations for the approach you took in your answers.
