Interview
You wait outside with othe protential associates and there's probably many positions available. They call you in one at a time. Regional manager is very nice and professional and is there with another one easy questions. If you've done work with merchandising, setting displays making product look sellable. Etc then you go back outside and they call you in to offer if they want. Pick a store.

Question 1
Past experience, experience in merchandise, customer service
It started with an automated call. Then meet with the store manager. Learned about the job. I would be assisting with stocking the shelves and other miscellaneous tasks around the store. Ultimately decided to not take the position.
The interview process was easy, at least at the distribution center. It is a lot of hard work though. Unless you need a job right away, I would not suggest it
