4 rounds of interviews: 1. phone screening - 30 min 2. portfolio review - 45 min 3. design challenge (mine was app critique, nothing related to the company, no take-home things) - 45 min 4. behavioral interview (6 situational questions) - 45 min, but we did extra 15 mins The manager and everyone involved were friendly. The interview process took 2 months, starting with the first call. After the last round, I waited 2 weeks and, unfortunately, didn't get an offer.

Applied for a role, heard nothing back for 1 month. Then I find out through a connection on LinkedIn that they are only interested in an internal candidate. I cannot fathom how this is legal. Have the decency to give a timely decision. I was laid off, am on unemployment and am trying to support my family. You are wasting my time and energy at a time when all my resources need to be directed to getting a real job.

Interview went through a few leaders thoughout a short day. Very relaxed and the guys who spoke with me were really straight forward and not stuffy at all. They reviewed my portfolio and asked me questions about the work I've done. None of the useless corporate questions to stump you. Overall a great company to work for and interview with.
