I received an email stating I made it to the next step in their hiring process and that I needed to select an interview time slot. That was about two weeks from the email to the interview, the day of my interview came and it was easy and nothing to be nervous about. They gave me a few typical questions regarding how to deal with certain customers and then gave me an overview of what the job entailed and offered me the position. I was able to choose from a section of schedules and was told when I was starting training and what would come next after the interview. Overall good experience!
