Very friendly folks. The recruiters always want to make sure you're prepared, so they walk you through the process that most people at THD use. Never had a bad interview with them.

Interview
The interview process is very thorough, but straightforward and sincere. There were several rounds of interpersonal questions and more to get to know you and your experience. The final round was a full day with multiple group interviews with other candidates. The day was ended with a pannel interview in which you were providing analysis and feedback on a real problem that they were currently facing. Think of it as a test run to see how you work and think under pressure. It was a great experience and made sure that myself and the company are a good match.

Recruiters are very friendly, hiring managers have basic interview packets with predetermined, structured questions, but for non-store positions, don't always run the interview in the intended structured way. Some hiring managers allow the conversation to happen naturally and fill in your answers rather than using the question and answer format. This makes for a much more comfortable conversation and probably allows them to know more about the applicant.
