Applied online and completed the assessment. I applied and interviewed at 2 different stores in St. Louis for Cashier and Lead Cashier positions. Interviews seemed to go well. There is no follow up from the store on your status. When you go into the candidate portal to check your application status, it provides no updates. I also called the stores to follow up on status with no response. Companies are complaining they can't find good employees to work.

Interviewer was young, Made me feel comfortable answering questions. She was encouraging and informative on the position advertised. I had no experience in this role but they were willing to train. Overall a pleasant interview.
