The process was fairly simple. They just looked at resume asked questions based on it. You get the job offer on the spot and don't really need experience. Just be yourself
Easy, straightforward. They're willing to train so previous experience is nice but not necessary. If you have any paint/art/design experience, it's a plus. Customer service and willingness to work is the most important aspect.

Fair, hiring manager was nice, didn’t ask very many questions, the interview took maybe around 30 minutes. I was offered the job right afterwards and accepted. Overall a good experience there

Interview
The process was easy and not so formal. Even with the interview, they gave me a sense of familiarity with the company. I have always been a shopper, but after interviewing, I wanted to become an associate.
