I received a phone call from a general HR representative, Then a phone call to meet in person to start the hiring process. During the 2nd phone call I spoke with someone working in the location I was applying for. We scheduled a time to meet. When I went, I was briefed with general knowledge from the store manager, and how our store operates, then did training. In between training, I was introduced to people in the store who I will interact with daily.
