Overall great interview, 2 rounds of interviewing did not ask to many question more so informative to ensure I understood what I would be doing in my daily work function.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Miami, FL) in Jun 2026
Interview
I applied online and was contacted for an interview. The interviewer asked about my work experience, availability , and ability to perform warehouse duties. The process was straightforward and took about an hour.
In person interview with thorough questioning, friendly but professional atmosphere. Checked in to building and was met by hiring manager shortly after, also met with department manager. Asked skills and personality based questions, asked for specific experiences and examples
It was an easy group interveiw. About 25 people. It honestly felt more like an orientation than anything. They even gave people the option to decline the job after the first hour of explaining it.
