Hr did the interview. Very basic interview questions you know the drill. Hr was nice and training was awesome too. The customer service training was hands on and learned a lot of little tricks here and there the interview was very fast and customer service oriented at all times .
Easy. Basic questions about ability to trouble shoot home repair questions. Asked questions on past customer service skills. Asked questions on availability. Asked questions about future goals. Overall it was a basic interview

The interview process was just a few questions. And some on the computer. I feel like I wasn’t accepted for many reasons. As usual in this town you’re a minority of you’re white. You don’t get picked if anyone else shows up.
A few years have passed so things may have changed, but when I applied there was no interview. I just put an application in on the website and a day later I received a job offer.
