This is what made me not want to work for them. The process to even get a face to face interview is enough to make you run screaming. 2 phone interviews, 2 in person interviews, extensive applications, and multiple assessment tests, that rival university entrance exams. Seriously?! It's just a job. If it were more than that, it would pay better. Geesh.

Interview
They were very thorough and I felt like they really cared about finding the right fit not just anybody. For me, that means I know I will be comfortable there and not sorry afterward that I accepted the job. It turned out we both agreed it wasn't the right fit for me and I'm glad they took the time to make sure we learned that.
