Brief initial interview. Lasted maybe fifteen minutes. Then shadowed with the team another day for a few hours. The person I initially interviewed with was not there. I got the impression nobody knew I’d be shadowing that day. There seems to be an issue with communication as I was told I didn’t get the position because I didn’t take notes during my shadowing and didn’t bother talking to anyone. Which was not how things went at all. Possibly not very organized and confused me with someone else.
