Laid back, friendly process. Everyone wanted to get to know you and did a fantastic job explaining what the job was like. They also showed a slide deck with big brand they work with to really sell the company.

Interview
Pretty straight forward. All the questions they would ask in any interview. Go in with a higher number than you want and make them work down. Don't start yourself off low because you will stay there.
