I had an hour long phone interview for the VP of HR role at Imagine. The interviewer was prompt, friendly and professional. The depth of the questions caught me off guard for a phone interview, it was clear that I should have done more homework on the company and been more prepared to give specific examples of my past work- I'm disappointed, but not surprised I didn't move forward in their process- my loss.
