      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The JAY Group (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2009

      Interview

I applied this job as an internship. I was referred by an employee of this company and I sent my resume to the employer directly through email. The employer replied less than a day and required an interview. It's a 1 on 1 interview. The whole process lasted about 1 hour. No tricky questions. The employer was really nice. Most of the questions are about how much do I know C# programming and ASP.NET and SQL server since these are the technique that've been used on most of their applications. And the employer asked me how much do I know CRM. Also he introduced the company. Since this is just an internship, I think he maybe didn't expect much. So I got the position pretty easy.

      Question 1

I don't recall any difficult or unexpected questions. It's a pretty nice talk.
