It was a thorough, detailed process at many levels, starting from email interaction with the recruitment manager, followed by informal and formal interaction with the lead investigator. Finally, interviews were scheduled with the co-guides, future collaborators and lab mates after a 45 min of presentation of the previous work. The behaviour of all people during the interview process was professional yet friendly.
