A casual interview (skype) with hiring manager. Following this was scheduled a phone conversation with director and then skype interviews with the rest of the team in three groups. They were keen on knowing management style, and ability to get along. They did interrogate a little in to lack of clinical experience and some behavioural questions (how would I handle certain situations...)
