A phone screen, a call with the hiring manager, and then a meet the team. Process was straightforward, took a couple weeks, but was nothing insane. The questions were all standard, and a lot of what they wanted to know was how you interacted with people.

The interview was done directly with the PI and it lasted about 20 minutes. We talked about my previous research and my masters degree which was nice because in other interviews that I’ve done at other institutions they never asked me about that.
