I was contacted directly by the hiring manager, no screening or contact with HR was involved. The communication was very professional and organized, with each step clearly laid out. For the first interview, I was asked to prepare a 10-minute presentation based on a given prompt. The interview was scheduled about two weeks in advance, so I had plenty of time to prepare. In addition, I was asked to provide some work samples prior to the interview. The interview was on Zoom with the hiring manager as well as two team members, who all took turns asking questions. The second and final Zoom interview came the following week, this time with the hiring manager and the director. Although I was not chosen for the role, the manager was very gracious in sending me a personalized message.
