Interview
As with many management jobs, there was a series of multiple interviews with a myriad of future colleagues, supervisors, and even subordinates. Both individual and team interviews needed to be utilized due to the sheer number of people with whom we were required to me.

What would you say are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Had a personal connection with the chief of staff and just had a phone screening call with the hiring associate. Then got the rejection letter. They mentioned the interview process would entail 2-3 rounds where I'd meet directly with the director or VP of the division. But it seems like every department of JHU has different process

Interview
I applied online via the JHU website and was contacted by a department member to interview. I was given several times to choose from and I set up the interview via Skype. I was also given the names of those who would interview me. It was an audio only panel interview with several pre-determined questions for the position with time for questions at the end. It lasted about 45 minutes in all. I was told to expect to hear a decision by the following Friday, which I did not.

Interview
I was called to schedule an interview. I first met with the general human resources team at the school and then I interviewed with the program director. This was a very easy and informal process.
