Interview
Not too formal, it was more casual since the person interviewed me worked mostly with students. Asked why I wanted to work in this particular office/department instead of others,and how I will interact with students or professors most of my time at work... Mostly related to campus stuffs.
First is director interview, and then manager interview. Questions are based on resume experience and some behavior questions such as: self introduction, why you want this position and when can you start. The whole process is not hard, only a week I got the offer.
