I had a 15 min call with the hiring manager. Then we had another ~45 min Zoom call. Afterwards, hiring manager said they would move me forward to meeting the team. I had to follow-up more than once to see if this was being scheduled and was told I would hear back "soon" + they were adding another round. Ultimately, nothing was scheduled and I was ghosted with no explanation. Advice for leadership- you should have your interview process scoped out and decided on BEFORE reaching out to candidates. It just wastes time and energy for all parties involved, and it is pretty demoralizing to spend so much prep time to get ghosted when you were told you were moving forward.
