I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Jonah Group (Waterloo, ON) in Feb 2015

Interview

We talked for a bit then dived straight into technical questions. We discussed design patterns, my previous programming experiences and finally started coding on the whiteboard. At the end of the 30 min interview we started to discuss what I wanted in my internship and I was able to ask a few questions on the company.

Question 1

I was asked to showcase a design pattern I knew (I chose singleton) and then wrote the code on the whiteboard. Then I was asked an SQL problem and a multithreading problem in java.
