The Jonah Group interview questions

Applied through consultant, after submission they took around couple of weeks to get back. Then had a phone interview with HR, HR lady was nice and friendly. Then they scheduled an onsite coding challenge. The coding challenge was a same as mentioned in previous experience. You need to submit your phone to them and then attempt a challenge without any internet access and Java API access on laptop. I completed most part of coding with Object oriented approach. Then within week I was informed I have been shortlisted for final round and I will be scheduled for round soon. But after another couple of weeks my consultant reached to me in an embarrassed situation and clueless about the process informing me manager just came back from vacation and revisited your code, he feels with your experience you should have done even better so he has decided not to proceed. He was not completely sure about what happened there. I was shocked with an unorganized process and undoubtedly one of the worst experience ever where company can't stay to their words. I am not sure what do they expect from candidates, better they should keep themselves under candidates shoe rather than messing around. I regret I wasted few weeks with Jonah Group for nothing. WORST INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE EVER!
