The Interview Process started with an informal phone call with the director and the VP. Once I moved on to the second round I was brought in for an in office interview in which they told mw they would call me with an offer letter.

Interview
Judge Offices are a very professional environment. The interview happened in a timely manor. Everyone was very nice, and the interview worked as a two part interview. First one was with the Team Lead, and next with the VP.
Initial phone interview to gather basic information and work history followed by in-person interview with the hiring manager. This was a fairly standard process and focused mostly on work history and transferable experience.
