I was contacted via LinkedIn by a current recruiter/team lead inquiring of my interest. We had two or three back and forth messages through e-mail and/or LinkedIn before I came in for a face to face interview with him and the branch director, George. The interview went very well overall, I had all the skills and desire needed for the position, my one lack was a strong background in IT recruiting, which they said they could train for. The director, George, told me to think about it for a day or two and call him back to discuss the next steps. In the meantime, the team lead texted me to say I did great and that I would be receiving an offer soon. I called George back a day later and left a voicemail. No response. Called again the next day and left another voicemail. Again, no response. I then sent an e-mail to him on Monday. No response. In the meantime, I exchanged a few more messagse with the team lead saying that I would get the offer, expect to hear for sure on Monday. I never did hear back from George and my last message to the team lead also went unanswered. From this whole experience, I am very happy that I was not offered a position with such an unprofessional group of people because I would have accepted at that time. I went on to other interviews with better staffing companies, all which had very negative opinions of The Judge Group. I definitedly dodged a bullet thanks to unprofessionalism of the director and the team lead. Very poor form to tell me I had an offer and then stop communication, never even sent a 'no thank you' message. My advice to potential applicants is only go forward if you are desperate for a job. It would be tough to do worse than The Judge Group, at least in Tampa, FL where there are a number of better agencies with professional employees.
