I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Judge Group (Conshohocken, PA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Initial interview was via phone with a recruiter who was very knowledgeable and he provided some great insight into the interviewers and the process. Proceeded to an onsite to meet with a VP, Director and other managers. With one exception, the company was filled with great energy and people who really seemed to care about the company and the people who worked within it.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Judge Group in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was poor. The sourcer never confirmed my appointment with the recruiter so the recruiter called me unexpectedly. When I mentioned I did not have a confirmed interview, the recruiter blamed it on me. The interview was rushed and the interviewer was rude. When I tried to ask questions, he was not only rude but also impatient and unwilling to answer any questions.

Interview
Recruiter found me on LinkedIn and contacted me for an initial pre-screening interview. Continued onto final in person interview , which was a 2 on 1 with another recruiter and director. Interview went great and was told I would hear back with the final decision by the end of the week (this was a Wednesday). Sent thank you emails and didn't hear a single word back from the company on their decision. Very disappointed with how their recruiters handled everything. As a company who prides themselves on recruitment, they did not follow through.
