I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Knot Worldwide (Chevy Chase, MD) in Nov 2019
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and pleasant. I had a phone interview with the recruiter and then came on-site for two interviews. The first interview was with three members of the company’s leadership team and was aimed at assessing proficiency in product, leadership and design thinking. I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness of this interview, the collaborative spirit and the patience as I thought through potential scenarios.
The second on-site interview was cross-functional in nature and an opportunity to meet the entire team to get a feel for culture fit. This was a great chance for me to understand the team members and assess if I could see myself working there.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Knot Worldwide
Interview
I applied online, and i received an email from the HR to set up the first screening call. On the day of the call, no one turned up, then i received an email apologizing and asking to reschedule. I rescheduled and on the day of the interview, it was simply CANCELLED by the interviewer, with no message asking to reschedule or a follow-up email. Thats just disrespectful.
