Applied via employee referral. Heard from a recruiter via email a couple days later and spoke to her on the phone. Recruiter just asked me to link my experience to the role I was applying for, very relaxed. She told me during the call she would be setting up two interviews with the success specialist leaders, and also a hiring manager and director. Both interviews were pretty standard, although the questions were vague and I struggled to concretize them. Waited about 1.5 weeks after interview and received a form email saying they would not be moving forward with me.
