Thorough, Fair, with challenges that will help me in the future. Multi-Interview process that began with a phone screening, and two video interviews, followed by a project related to my experience.
Process was fairly quick but seemed unnecessarily lengthy and redundant. They also sprung a project on my after my 2nd or 3rd round which was never mentioned at any point and then told me I didn’t get the job!
