      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Knot Worldwide

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter and absolutely loved talking to her and was excited about the position and company as a whole after hearing what she had to say. She mentioned it had been a hard position to fill, but my experience sounded like I would be a perfect fit so she was excited to move me along. When it came to interviewing with the hiring manager, it was one of the most painful interviews I have ever been a part of. Most of it consisted of back-to-back rapid fire questions that were extremely vague and hard to determine what exactly was being asked. In fact, she didn't even seem confident in what exactly she was looking for in terms of an answer or reply. I tried my best to give examples of work that I have done to demonstrate my knowledge and experience, but even when I directly answered her question, she gave no sign or facial expression to indicate that her question had been answered at all. I understood immediately after the call why it has been difficult for them to fill the position.
