Too many rounds of interviews. I spoke with over 6 people and they tried to schedule a 7th interview, where I withdrew, this was not a senior position so I believe they were just stringing me along waiting to see if someone else rejected their offer. I also met with people who I would have never interacted with day to day in this role which I have never experienced before and made the interviews feel pointless.
