The interview was Super easy, they just asked me a few questions about my background and then I spent most of the time filling out paper work and then they called me back 2 hours later.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Learning Experience in Jul 2026
Interview
Very quick for the interview only asked two questions. Then had me shadow a class for about 30 minutes as another teaching assistant showed me around. They did have me refill out a resume when I showed up though.
The interview process itself was very straightforward. I applied through LinkedIn, received a reply to schedule a phone screening within a few days, then an in-person interview with a center "tour." I got to shadow a classroom for one of the toddler rooms as well, which I thought was very helpful. However, the center's director completely ghosted me even though they confirmed that they'd reach out with a response after a few days. I also reached out after the interview but received no response. It felt a bit unprofessional on their part.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Learning Experience (Haledon, NJ) in May 2024
Interview
First, I completed an in-person interview and then I was called to complete a working interview which lasted about 2 hours. The in-person interview was pretty easy-going. The working interview might be a little difficult depending on your personality. You should be able to show yourself in a setting that is new to you.
