I was contact on linkedIn by the recrutor. We agreed to an interview the same week. It was really nice, with a supervisor and the recrutor. They explained to me how the compagny worked and what the post was about. They asked me what I wanted to have in a compagny, how I would see myself doing in the future. It took like 3 weeks to have a response.
