I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Motley Fool in Feb 2019
Interview
Recruitment team call, then a hiring management call, then an in office meeting. All were very standard, and conversational. Lots of really good questions mostly based on who I was personally and not as much questions about my prior work experience.
Very slow and not interesting. I did not enjoy this process at all. Overall a very boring experience. I would rather not work at the Motley Fool after experiencing this interview.
