Initial screening interview, followed by interview with the manager, then an assignment. After the assignment I was not asked for another interview. I asked for feedback for my own learning and received no response. If a 5 hour assignment is given, a foundation that states it is dedicated to community should have the level of professionalism to respond to a standard request for feedback.
