The process involved four stages - an initial screening call with HR, a call with the hiring manager, a panel interview, and a final call with the senior director I'll be working with. Throughout the entire process, I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and friendliness of everyone I spoke with. Each interview was well-structured and provided me with the opportunity to showcase my skills and experience, as well as learn more about the organization and the role.
