Was really excited about this opportunity and got an employee referral. I got to the second stage (of four), until I just stopped get any responses. I followed-up on a weekly basis for about 7 weeks, until I finally got a rejection. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional to ghost someone that spent time for two interviews. In the end I didn't even get an acknowledgement or apology for not responding or getting any updates. A two month process, no responses, and no acknowledgement is a big red flag.
