I sent in my resume and heard back a few days later with an email to set up a phone interview. Had my phone interview and I felt like it went great (I know I’m biased). We had a great conversation, the woman was very nice and seemed like she was impressed with my resume. The interview was 17 minutes long. I had my interview on a Tuesday and she told me I’d hear something the beginning of the next week after the hiring manager got to look through the resumes. I never heard anything back, yes or no. I also had to take a weird test before my interview. One was an intelligence test of math and vocabulary and wording. The next was almost a personality quiz and was asking me tasks I would enjoy doing in the workplace. Some of the options were awful. I’m applying for a marketing position and my only three options to pick my favorite are “direct a play” “sing professionally” and “dance in broadway”...id like to pick none of the above.
