Once you apply on the internet, HR will contact you for a phone screen. If you pass that, you will than have an in person interview with the senior HR. They require that candidates take a Wonderlic test, and they send you an email with a link that you use to take a practice test before you come to the actual interview. I took the actual Wonderlic upon arrival at the interview. They do not let you know your score after you take it.
