Initial screen is done by video for some reason, and if you sign up for an early time (say tomorrow) they will immediately send you a wonderlic exam and demand you take it before the initial screen. The test was not discussed in the initial screen. The recruiter did not appear to really want to talk about the company, so it was hard to learn about what they do other than generic B2B examples.
It was hard to even figure out if I wanted to work there after the initial screen, which could have been done over the phone.
Fortunately I didn't make it past the psuedo phone screen and they followed up the next day to let me know. I would rate my entire experience as "meh" and just underwhelming, not really negative although there was a level of annoyance in regards to the hoops I had to jump through right off the bat.
